Tasting Notes

A deep purple in the glass ringed by luminous red, this wine has a voluptuous nose of saddle leather, dark plums and cherries, violet and luscious chocolate. Entry on the palate is broad and round, with intensely ripe dark fruits carried over from the nose. A natural acidity born of the cooler, high-altitude air of the Andes Mountains weaves the fruit and leather into one intertwined character. Tannins are harmonious, granular and extremely fine, imparting a gritty softness on a finish of luxurious fruit.
