Tasting Notes
Light ruby red with a lively and persistent perlage that rises beautifully in the glass. The nose is intensely aromatic — Bulgarian rose, wild strawberry, and fresh raspberry — with all the varietal character of the Brachetto grape on full display. On the palate, gently sweet with a clean acidity that keeps the wine fresh and prevents any heaviness.
