Tasting Notes
Dark and inviting on the nose, with layers of black raspberry, brambly red currant, and fig compote woven through with a whisper of rose petal. On the palate it's generous and velvety — the kind of wine that feels effortless despite everything that went into it. Powdery tannins give it real structure and excellent aging potential.

The Finish
Long, warm, and complex. Toasted hazelnut, cocoa powder, and a touch of nutmeg carry through to a finish that doesn't rush to leave.
