Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with a very fine and persistent perlage that rises elegantly in the glass. The nose is intensely fruity and aromatic — white peach, apricot, and orange blossom with the characteristic Moscato floral lift. On the palate, the uniqueness of the grape is expressed in a well-balanced structure carried by a fresh acidity that keeps the sweetness in check.

The Finish
Clean and refreshing, with a gentle sweetness that lingers without heaviness — the hallmark of a great Asti.
