Bonanza is the Wagner Family's (Caymus) exploration of what California Cabernet can deliver at an accessible price point — drawing from premium vineyards across the state and applying the same winemaking instinct that built Caymus into an icon. Lot #8 is the latest expression of that philosophy.

Tasting Notes
Dark and rich on the nose — toasted cocoa bean, chocolate-covered cherries, a hint of fresh leather, and the wafting scent of a nearby barbecue. On the palate, those intense flavours echo with cocoa, toasted wood, and chocolate-covered cherries carried by round, smooth tannins.

The Finish
Medium-bodied and smooth, with a satisfying close that makes this one of the best-value Cabernets in our selection.
