Ondas Vermentino is Cantina Santadi's entry into Sardinia's signature white grape, grown across five distinct areas of the lower Sulcis. Vermentino thrives in the coastal heat of the island, shaped by sea breezes and mineral-rich soils that give the wine its characteristic freshness and saline lift. This is the everyday expression of a variety that Sardinia does better than anywhere else in the world.

Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose opens with fresh, pleasant fruity hints — white peach, citrus, and a delicate floral note. On the palate, fresh and soft with a pleasant mineral finish that speaks to the coastal vineyards of the Sulcis.
