Villa Solais is Cantina Santadi's benchmark Vermentino, crafted from grapes grown across five distinct areas of the lower Sulcis. Vermentino is Sardinia's great white grape — thriving in the coastal heat, shaped by sea breezes, and producing wines of remarkable freshness and mineral character that are unlike any other Italian white. The 2024 vintage is one of the finest recent expressions of this style.

Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with green and golden reflections. The nose opens with fresh, aromatic fruit — white-fleshed peach, citrus zest, and a delicate floral lift. On the palate, lively acidity and a clean mineral thread give the wine its characteristic freshness and length.
