The 2023 vintage delivered exceptional natural acidity and aromatic clarity.

Tasting Notes
Ripe pear, green apple, and a hint of toasted brioche on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied and well-balanced — creamy texture from partial malolactic fermentation, lifted by a bright acidity that keeps everything fresh. A touch of vanilla and light oak on the finish adds complexity without heaviness.
