Tasting Notes
Deep straw yellow with golden hints. Fresh and penetrating on the nose — ripe fruit, honey, bitter almonds, and aromatic herbs, with the balsamic and hallmark aniseed note that is the signature of the Castelli di Jesi vineyard of origin.

The Finish
Fresh attack and pleasant softness on the palate, balanced by rich, velvety alcohol. The long, lingering finish recalls apples, plums, and almonds — sapid and salty throughout.
