Umani Ronchi San Lorenzo Cornero Rosso DOC 2022

Named for the vineyard that defines it — Conero Rosso from the hills of Osimo.

San Lorenzo takes its name from the single vineyard in the municipality of Osimo from which it originates — a site that gives the wine its distinctive character and sense of place. Built on Montepulciano, this is Conero Rosso at its most approachable: fruit-forward, harmonious, and genuinely food-friendly.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby red with garnet tints. The nose is sweet and predominantly fruity, with the typical morello cherry notes that define the Conero appellation.

The Finish
Rich and full on the palate, flavourful and pleasantly harmonious, with silky tannins and a long, austere, intensely fruity finish.

Stuffed pasta, grilled dishes, spit-roasted pork, game, braised dishes, and a rich cheeseboard of mature and tangy cheeses.
