Tasting Notes

Bing cherry and red currants drive the nose with fresh acidity and great density on the mid-palate. Umami notes of cola, tea leaf and a touch of forest floor all of the things we crave in Pinot Noir step in to provide harmony on the palate. Textural and full, acidity and refined tannin work wonderfully together producing a seductive wine with a delicious finish.
