2022 was one of the more unique vintages in recent history, one that winemakers have dubbed “a tale of two harvets”. Bud break timing was in March and spring weather conditions were typical. Summer months offer warm days and cool nights ideal for grape ripening. Our Carneros Merlot was harvested on October 21st.

Tasting Notes

Our Napa Valley Merlot enties with aromas of ripe bluberry, luscious blackberry, and a touch of cocoa. On the palate, flavors of blackberry and plum intertwine with hnts of brown sugar and a hint of vanilla. This wine has a weighty mid-palate, meduim tannins and a long finish.
