Tasting Notes

It is bursting with ripe plums, dark blackberry and black currant on the nose. On the palate, black fruits linger and mix with a hint of luscious hibiscus notes, surrounded by strong, balanced tannins, notes of espresso and dark chocolate. This wine is bold and sensuous with a silky texture and lengthy finish that pairs perfectly with eggplant parmesean, rack of lamb and classic hamburgers.
