Tasting Notes

Red fruit leads on the nose, including dark cherry & raspberry, followed by savory hints of cedar, leather & cigar box. The palate is highlighted by a polished mouth feel & firm tannins, & is very focused with notes of dark plum, mocha & cola.

Pair with slow roasted short ribs over a bed of creamy polenta.
