Tasting Notes

Aromas of ripe raspberry and black cherry develop into hints of sweet cedar as the wine opens. These flavors expand over the palate giving a lush mouthfeel supported by soft, rounded tannins. The focused fruit flavor settles on the finish and leaves behind savory notes of vanilla and spice.

Perfectly paired with braised lamb shanks, stew, and beef lasagne.
